The Champion’s Routine – The Routine of a Champion
There are WAY too many how-to article these days, especially free articles, that sound good in the here and now. They teach what’s popular.
Something that sounds good.
They sound nice, but aren’t long lasting.
If it comes, e.g., to morning routines and rituals (as well as evening routines/rituals)…
…It’s all a bunch of information.
But.
The main issue is that very few people are approaching their lives as if they are becoming a champion. And, thus, they don’t become a champion.
That’s what the “Champion’s Routine” (or the routine of a champion) is all about. Start small, be consistent, reap the rewards—AFTER putting in the work. Every. Single. Day.
“Simple as that for your simple ass,” to quote KiD CuDi.
I recommend the following (from my own “profound” life experience so far at 25 years of age):
Do everything you can to look forward to the day. Embrace the fact that you can start anew. That yesterday is yesterday and tomorrow may never come. That it’s today that matters. Only today.
Next, I’d suggest that you take a look around. How many people are honestly grateful for life? To be alive? Not that many. Most people are distracted, with no clear purpose, going nowhere. On auto-pilot 24/7.
Sad.
Anyway, I’m here to help people who are willing to do WHATEVER it takes.
Be willing to work hard.
And work smart.
The big differentiation?
Time.
It’s freely available to each of us—until the end of our life time (which is gonna come soon).
