Easy Access To Anything—Kills Any Chance Of Success, Without Warning

Easy Access To Anything Kills Success

Nowadays, we have too much at our goddamn fingertips; way too much access.

What seems to be a good thing (= comfort), is not (= laziness).

Back in the days, you had to grind to get what you wanted. You had to hunt, you had to face rejections, you had to keep on going no matter what until you get the result.

These days, it’s all about immediate gratification*.

(*With the caveat that it doesn’t make us happy/successful/fulfilled.)

E.g.:

  • dating apps
  • social media in general
  • video games
  • instant food & beverage delivery
  • porn
  • streaming services (Spotify, Netflix, Prime, Sky, DAZN, etc.)

The list is endless.

Don’t get me wrong; I continue falling victim to them too.

The lesson?

Be mindful. Be aware. Be different.

If we keep living this way, what’s the point? We become epic failures. And it makes us feel lonely. Worse, it makes us lethargic. We are responding to impulses, not fact-checking. We aren’t even thinking about the negative consequences, anymore. Why? Ease and comfort.

A different approach is needed.

To achieve positive long-term results, we need a different approach.

One that brings meaning to your life.

An approach that yields a massive ROI.

In an upcoming post, I’m going to show you the “what” and “how.”
