SUMMARY
If there’s one thing for sure it’s that right-brain thinkers are the future. Ok, big claim … but let’s be honest: You gotta be creative to thrive in the new world, since the new economy favors the creative type of person.
For you, as a highly sensitive person, that’s GREAT & EXCITING NEWS! Why?
Because you are creative!
Don’t believe me?
That’s ok.
It’s STILL your nature to be creative… and it’s important for you to express it fully. To express yourself creatively in your professional as well as your personal life. (Even if it’s just for your own personal well-being.)
Got it? Great!
Let’s get started with the “how to” of How To Be MORE Creative:
Well, first, people try to tell you that you need to seek solitude, to be by yourself to get creative. But:
Seeking solitude for creativity and creative insight is only half the truth …
- It’s true that most people try to avoid loneliness, and it can definitely be the source to find insight & inspiration.
- BUT: You also need (creative) input from the outside (people, books, videos etc.) Don’t rely on your intuition only. Get ideas from others. Make some life experience. Try out different things. It all adds up pretty quickly, and you get more and more creative as a result.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- Right-brain people are the future (creatives)
- You’re creative. You got to express it (and there’re different ways to do so). Me, I do Writing. Video Shooting, Teaching (Coaching & Consulting). Look for ways to use your creativity for good and to help other people.
- Welcome to the “S/S Balance”-Framework, which I created in a spark of genius. “SS” stands for Solitude/Solidarity and it’s all about finding the right balance between loneliness, silence, and solitude AND being around others, interacting with the world, and meeting people during the day (community & solidarity).
- For MORE watch the video above. If you have any questions or thoughts, please feel free and post them in the comments below. I do my best to reply to all of them personally! You can also:
