…Be thankful—you could be off worse.
WHAT?!

What could be MORE painful?
First off, I’ve been through all of the above. I know exactly how it feels to be depressed (up to suicidal), without energy, empty inside, how it is when you feel insignificant, lonely, with no freaking direction in life. I know what it means to have little to no friends, being seen as odd and an outsider (or loner if you prefer), being socially anxious, shy, hopelessly idealistic; a perfectionist.
The worst feeling in the world? None of them.
It’s Regret.
Getting caught up in the WHAT IF’s of the world.
What IF I had approached her?”
“What IF I had pursued my dreams with everything I’ve got?”
“What IF I had been more courageous and stood up for myself?”
“What IF I had trusted my own intuition?”
“What IF there had been a way to live a better life?”
“What IF (…) ?”
It simply doesn’t matter. Only what you actually DO matters.
What are you waiting for?
This very moment you’re reading this post … is the ONLY TIME you’ll ever have to make changes to your life. It’s absolutely possible to transform your life, but it won’t happen overnight (plus, you got to take action!).
You can keep on reading blog post after blog post. But, nothing replaces
Action.
The choice is yours: A life full of regret and boredom, anxiety, depression, stress … OR a life full of fulfillment, joy, happiness, passion.
The difference lies in your taking responsibility for your life (or lack thereof).
