[FREE DOWNLOAD] My Secret Weapon to Live a More Meaningful Life

September 16, 2016

No matter how far we’ve come in life …

…It’s always easy to slip back into old, unproductive, even self-destructive habits.

In fact, it just happened to me.

See, I use a tool—which I termed, in a flash of genius, the Meaningful Life Daily Reminder (MLDR). It helps me stay on track with my personal development, overall life purpose, and it reminds me of what it really takes to live a meaningful life that’s right FOR ME.

(Matter of fact, I also call it “my secret weapon” because it can help almost anyone who desires to live a more meaningful life to accomplish that.)

Thus, I noticed that I didn’t exercise regularly.

I was making excuse over excuse over excuse.

The good old sort of excuse:

  • I don’t have enough time.
  • I have work to do.
  • I do it later, but not now.
  • I need to focus on my skill development.
  • I would like to, but…
  • etc.

Maybe, you too struggle to be more consistent with certain habits or actions.

But why?

Because this simple law:

Your brain’s job is NOT to make you happy.

Yep, that’s right.

Your brain’s job is to protect you; its main job is SURVIVAL.

Luckily I caught my own BS, and made it a point to exercise daily again—starting today, 16 Sept.

And I did.

At 7 AM in the morning.

AMAZING! (To say the least.)

I’m very grateful for this awesome experience of doing a running session during the quiet morning time. Completely forgot how amazing it feels.

It also showed me once again that the Meaningful Life Daily Reminder plain simply works (if used correctly).

Now it’s up to you.

You’ve got two choices:

  1. You merely survive.
  2. You begin to thrive beyond what you might now think is possible for you.

Choose wisely,
