Recently I talked about the “No Exception Rule.”
This one:
To live a more meaningful life, you need to do certain things on a consistent basis—every single day. No exception.”
And the same holds true if you do some stupid shit previously (like yours truly drinking too much liquor on one night, namely that damn Jack Daniel’s Honey!)…
…and need to get the job done the next day.
What do you do then?
You do it.
- You get up (out of bed) and move.
- You dress.
- You know there, literally, is no exception. NO excuses!
So you give it your best.
However, the No Exception Rule is only good if you need some quick motivation; to get you through the day.
It’s not for the long-term.
It’s short-term orientied, just like goals.
What you need in the first place is this:
You got to build a strong foundation first.
That’s the key.
Then, we can move on and focus on all the bright-shiny-tactics and tricks.
To learn how to build a strong foundation, so that you can use the No Exception Rule for max effect…
…while living a more meaningful life that’s just right FOR YOU…
