Yesterday I hosted my first ever meetup event as a co-creator (since I don’t have full host account yet). In short, it was pretty damn amazing—and surpassed all expectations we set.
To be fair, we didn’t set any expectations because it was the first ever event…
…And I just hoped out of the nine people rvsp-ing at least a few would show up. Five did, so more than 50% (which is amazing for Meetup these days).

Our *agenda*: We’ll be doing some interesting (unplanned) sightseeing… and basically do whatever we want to do. Besides the great experience we had doing some sightseeing in Berlin Mitte, the places and bar we eventually ended up… It feels great also getting real-life feedback.

Feedback is essential for growth and development, so I encourage you to ask for feedback as much as you possibly can. Yes, it sometimes hurts but—after asking for constructive feedback—you know where to work on and what you specifically need to improve.
