7 Crazy Facts about Me

January 3, 2015

Crazy Facts about MeIF you’ve already heard my story and are still wondering who’s this young entrepreneur travelling to Australia and now helping MLMers online become their best selves, while building a thriving MLM business at the same time …

… you get the answer today. This here is a personal blog post about myself.

I’ve done my best to make it interesting for you… and enjoyable.

Further, I want to show you that – in order to run a successful business –
you’re supposed to have fun on your journey to success also.
So, don’t take yourself too seriously; I don’t do it, either.

To my mind, we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Everybody’s different. There’s not a second YOU anywhere to be found. You’re unique. I’m unique.
And I’m not perfect at all, I’m a real person.

Here’re 7 crazy facts about me:

Fact #1:
I Dreamt of Becoming a Bus Driver
in My Early Childhood

Whereas many other kids were dreaming of having a big home or being an architect, my dream was to become a bus driver. Sounds pretty weird, huh?

I guess it was my drive for freedom and independence. Little did I know that I’d never gain that kind of freedom I was striving for with this kind of profession. Luckily, I realized that early on and took the right action after leaving high school.

Having meaningful work, building a global business by helping other people getting ahead in their lives and rising their levels of happiness is pretty damn awesome! And I’m really not able to stop my journey of entrepreneurship because it fulfils me; it gives my life MEANING.

Fact #2:
I’m Not Sure What’s
My Real Nationality :)

During my first time in Australia people asked me from where I was.
And I was curious what they thought. So, I let them guess.

People guessed about twelve different countries for my origin from Russia to the Netherlands, Columbia to Spain. Some guessed the right country from the beginning, others were light-years away.

I think the most people thought of Italy because of my first name, but hopefully my accent hasn’t been that bad. :) To all Italians: I’m just joking! :)

By the way, the answer is:

7 Hilarious Facts about MeRight, it’s Germany.

Fact #3:
I Love Speaking English,
Though My Accent’s Not the Best!

Although I haven’t got the typical German accent when speaking English, it’s obvious that I’m from a foreign country when it comes to my English skills.

Why I’m, however, feeling more confident speaking English than my mother tongue is even crazy to me. I might find it out later in life by continuing studying personal development and learning new things on a daily basis.

My idea is that English helps me build relationships with people all over the world which in return helps me express myself fully and live according to my highest value: FREEDOM. As I said it’s just an idea…

Fact #4:
Having a Steady Sleep Rhythm –
NOT ME!

In fact, I’m not very proud of this fact. I’m currently working on it with full priority. Okay… second priority.

First and foremost, I’m focused on adding value by creating quality content on a daily basis that really helps others.

But, secondly, one of my Top 3 Goals for the end of January is to wake up and stay up early in the morning to tackle the most important task right away.

The reason why this sleep rhythm thing is Fact #4 is because it’s literally crazy how I was constantly making plans to wake up early, but couldn’t follow through to stay up consistently. And consistency is key.

My subconscious programming was way too heavy…

…and my commitment for change way too weak.

Enough is enough.
That’s why I set it as a Top 3 Goal for January
and I’ve been successful until now.

Fact #5:
Spending Most of My Money Excessively on a Specific Area

In my past, I was always saving money in order to afford bigger things. It started with soccer jerseys and video games, and ended up with tons of music CDs and films. You see a lot of material goods.

Luckily, I listened to the “right” kind of music. Music that’s motivated me to go through tough times and never give up. Failure has never been an option.

Nowadays, I’m still listening to music when I need to pump myself up and change my mental state. One of my favourite artists who’s really helped me push through hard times is and I was honoured to see live in Sydney is EMINƎM. I’m also thankful for seeing J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar at the same event.

Back to topic, I’m now spending more time listening to instructional audio tapes from successful entrepreneurs of the likes of Tony Robbins or Brian Tracy. I’m also reading a lot. There’re so many amazing books on human potential and personal development.

And there’re also many on Sales and Marketing strategies which’re incredibly important in order to become a successful Network Marketer.

What changed over the past years is that I’m now actively investing in myself for long-term growth and not buying stuff for immediate gratification.

You’ll see investing in yourself is the best thing you’ll ever do once you’ve done it.

Or as world renowned investor Warren Buffett says:

“The most important investment you can make is in yourself.”
– Warren Buffett

Fact #6:
My Desire to Do Everything Myself

I think this goes back to my early belief that helping others freely results in others taking advantage of you.

Having this kind of mindset inevitably led me not giving freely and sharing things with others – as well as asking for help.

I felt like if I share my knowledge or things with others, they benefit from it and exploit me. And I didn’t want to experience this pain. However, I finally experienced it by NOT sharing.

Looking back in retrospect, it’s a ridiculous behaviour. However, it shows how much our beliefs are the root cause of all the results we get. Belief always comes before results. Hence, we can get more desired results by changing the beliefs we hold in our mind and believe are true.

As Henry Ford said:

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.”
– Henry Ford

I literally had to reprogram my mind and learn how to give value freely without expecting to receive anything in return; to have unbreakable faith in the unknown, knowing everything will turn out well.

Facts about Me

Finally, I understood that cooperation is powerful if done correctly: It creates win-win situations where no one loses, but everybody wins.

And this is exactly what MLM is all about: Supporting each other and working towards a big vision as a TEAM. Let’s face it: Everybody needs help from time to time.

Fact #7:
Beginning My Journey of
Endless Growth

Well… coming from a place where daring to take risks and playing the game of life to win was strange for me, I acted small and was shy.

However, you only get ahead in life if you take risks, are bold, and play to win. Me, I limited my own freedom instead.

My shyness was so strong I wasn’t, for example, able to order stuff at a bakery without being afraid to say a wrong word.
It was more than just the mere fear of failure. It was low to no self-esteem.

In other words, I focused constantly on the worst-case scenario.
Nowadays, I’m actually grateful for that because I make wise choices by taking all possibilities into account – including what could happen as a worst-case.

How I’ve improved myself and have built confidence and self-esteem?

It didn’t happen through positive affirmations or absorbing new knowledge only, though they all played a part in the whole process.

It happened through experience, i.e. taking action even if you’re scared as hell.

And trust me, I was. When I forced myself to talk with strangers – may it be to talk with an attractive woman in the street or guys in a social gathering (people I didn’t know before) – I was terrified on what they may think of me.

Then, I worked on my mindset.

As soon as I walked into the situation with a positive mindset,
I found out how much fun I’ve missed out!

So, it comes to two things if you want to break through fears and become the best person you can possibly be:

  1. Improve Your Mental Attitude (i.e. develop a mindset where you expect the best things happen to you and you know you deserve them.)
  2. Take Action! (i.e. Stop reading and apply your knowledge, stop procrastinating and get yourself out of your comfort zone by doing the things you’re most scared of! It’s worth it. Go for it!)
