Before you take this post personal… don’t.
This post is not meant to address you—it’s sole purpose is to remind myself to finally “gear up.” To get shit done, and to be less unproductive throughout the day. If this post helps you too…

But that’s not my purpose today.
Note to self:
- wake up early AND stay up(!)
- drink lots of water
- sleep at least (and max) 8-9 hours
- do your morning/evening routine more consistently
- meditate at least once per day for 10 minutes
- walk, run, or do any type of exercise
- have a COLD shower (pussy!)
- set 3 daily priorities and accomplish them (set SMART goals)
- have a healthy breakfast
- read more
- ….

That’s why I said this list and this post is not meant to be for you; it’s meant to be for myself. If you got inspired to creating your own list—once again—great.
