Most people use the last days of the year wishing for things turn out differently next year. Yet, they keep doing what they’ve already been doing and wonder why – at the end of the year – it’s the same old story again.
Here, we’ve got two things in particular that make it nearly impossible for the majority to reach their goals… and you better stay focused now, so it won’t happen to you, too.
- Oftentimes, new year’s goals are set quickly and unintentionally, hence unrealistic and unachievable.
- This leads to taking no action, but wishful thinking!
And even if there’s initial inspiration that keeps you motivated for the first days, you’ll soon forget it and go back to what you’ve always been doing – because your goals lack key ingredients; they’re not in alignment with your vision.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to have systems in place because they accelerate your success tenfold. One in particular:
Rituals.
People tend to give them different names, I prefer ‘Rituals’ or ‘Success Habits’ because that’s what they really are. Daily rituals or success habits are so important for you to reach your goals in 2015.
It may be also helpful to have at least one accountability buddy, so you outdo each other in a fun way. This’ll assist you in internalizing daily success habits and achieving peak performance.
Well, that should be sufficient for laying a solid foundation and we can now take it a step further.

MLM New Year Resolutions – Ritual 1:
EDUCATE YOURSELF DAILY
- Listen to educational audio tapes while driving.
According to Brian Tracy you could learn as much during one year listening to instructional stuff in your car every time you drive as getting the knowledge of “(…) two semesters of an advanced degree in college.” - Reading Routine.
You can start it easily by making the commitment to read 5 pages in the morning and in the evening. This’ll compound over time. If you’ve more time and love reading (like me), you can read more for sure! Just make sure to read useful stuff that is in alignment with your vision. This can be something related to Network Marketing, Personal Development, Marketing, … etc. - Avoid the news and press.
Doing so ensures that you stay away from lack programming as much as possible. The news on TV, on the Radio, on the Internet, or from negative people are all the same: They hinder you achieve greatness and develop an abundance mentality that is necessary for MLM success. - Attend seminars.
This’ll help you expand your horizons and network with like-minded entrepreneurs and ‘freedom fighters’. Remember that you’re the average of the people you spend most time with. Choose your circle of influence wisely!

REVIEW YOUR MISSION AND VISION
- Be clear on what it is you want and focus on it exclusively.
This is essential, especially since we’re surrounded by distractions and people seeking our attention everywhere. A small tip here: What is the first thing you do in the morning? If it is checking your emails, I’ve a very important blog post for you (click here). Take a look at the Success Habits section. It’ll help you get more productive and live a pro-active life. - Refine and Re-read your WHY.
If you’re not sure refine it until it’s meaningful to you; also re-read it.
My ‘WHY’, for example, has changed a lot over the past months.
You need to remind yourself daily on your mission and why you do what you do! In our case, why you’re in the Direct Sales Industry. - Create a balance statement.
You ought to get rid of unnecessary expenses and become financial literate, i.e. know how to deal with money, how to invest, how to reinvest profits into your business to scale it, etc. A simple balance sheets lists your expenses on one side and your income on the other side. You may also add liabilities like mortgage or rent as well as assets like stocks, real estate, passive MLM income, … your main focus should be on getting clear about your finances and, eventually, your life.

CREATING AN MLM DAILY ROUTINE

- Main purpose of a daily routine is internalizing success habits (meditate, visualize, affirm, gratitude…) to experience more fulfilment and better results
- Moreover, having 3 daily goals is very useful to actually reach them.

BOOST YOUR ENERGY LEVELS
- There’s a body-mind-connection meaning your physical state impacts your emotional, mental state – as well as the other way around.
- Therefore, your posture makes a huge difference on your results. By acting like you were already successful, you reinforce this belief into your mind and your mind begins to act upon this belief & make it a reality.
- Another result of being in physical & mental top-notch constitution is you being and working more effectively. You do what has to be done because you’ve the mental and physical capacities to do so. You can improve these abilities by doing regular exercise and living a healthy lifestyle in general, i.e. appreciating your body and NOT taking any rubbish into your system. Your body is your temple!

MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT AND TAKE MASSIVE ACTION!
- Remember that success is a long-term process, though many people get fooled into thinking successful people were just lucky. Unfortunately, they deprive themselves from being successful, too. They don’t acknowledge their own power and mental genius.
- You can make small and big impacts in other people’s lives – no matter what, choose positive ones.
- Decide who you want to be, how you want to interact with other people, etc.
- Make a decision. Be committed and follow through. Take massive action.
- After reminding yourself of your WHY and take action, you need to focus on one action at a time. Get rid of multi-tasking. It only destroys your productivity. Also create exact time chunks to work on what has to be done.
Best: Start your day by tackling the most important and biggest task. This ensures you start your day in an awesome manner because you’ve already achieved something magnificent!
