Yeah sure make time for mindfulness.
No one forces you to being productive and effective all the time. (It’s actually hurting your long-term success if you do.) Still, time management and making productivity a priority is key. At least, if you want to live a meaningful life that’s just right for you. Your choice.
So how to go about it?
How to be more productive and less ineffective…
…And more effective, in turn?
Simple, but not easy. You gotta get crystal clear on what it is you want for you. First and foremost, clarity over everything else. What else?
Ok, enough joking around…
Let’s face it.
If you don’t know what it is you want, how shall anyone else? Impossible. If you do, however, know what it is you want… well, you’re well ahead of 99% of all people out there. Why?
Because—quite frankly—most people don’t have a fucking clue. Sad but true. Been there myself, done that myself. Now know better. In short, have goals that inspire you. Or, at the very least, know where you’re going. Doing so, your goal can be “to make things happen by growing personally and mastering life skills—every single day.”
(That’s mine, by the way.)
Besides a rather loose direction, I also have more specific goals.
Examples?
Here:
- Going to at least two Toastmasters events every month (and participating actively every time)
- Attending—minimum—three quality Meetup events per week, besides the ones I host
- Being punctual at work and achieving my weekly goals I set in advance with my branch manager
- Making and keeping more money than I make on a monthly basis
- Keep my happy/stoic mood in the midst of chaos—and take decisive action while everyone else seems to lose their shit
And some more….
These are mine. What are yours?
If you don’t have any up to this point in time, seriously. Get out your calendar, schedule time (even just 10 minutes are enough… trust me), and think. What is it you want to accomplish? What do you want to contribute to the world? Who do you want to become? Seriously…..
You have the time; you can make the time to have the time required to come up with ways to improve your life. Let’s help you turn your life around and create an epic lifestyle. Don’t you think so?
I don’t believe you.
Deep down inside, you know you deserve it.
You deserve to live the best life you can live.
Now let’s do this.

P. S. After you finished writing down your goals (and getting clear on the direction you want to go), here’s the two actions I want you to take to make sure you keep moving in the right direction:
(1) Think about one action you can take today to move just a little bit closer to attaining your goal, and (2) let’s keep in touch via email for daily accountability here:

That’s it.
I wish you success.
Now take action!
