Quick-Starting-Guide To Create A Better Tomorrow – Starting Today

January 22, 2016

Let’s get right into it.

No long, unnecessary build up.

Note: No matter where you are in life right now, there’re only three steps you need to take to create a better tomorrow.

Here you go:

  1. Vividly revisit the good times from your past. What was great? What are you grateful for? Can you sense any strong sensations? (I bet you do.) If so, allow yourself to feel them deeply. Do that now.
  2. Next, envision a bright future for yourself. Imagine how it could be like. Unfortunately, most of us don’t give themselves permission to dream big and play with their imagination. Be different. The good thing about it (no matter what happens): It doesn’t cost you anything to have big dreams.
  3. Now, come back to the NOW. Use TODAY to create whatever came up in your mind. Aim for daily improvement, not overnight success because that’s not attainable. One small step every day brings you closer and closer towards your “better tomorrow.” It can be something simple as reading ten pages of an inspirational book, meditating for five minutes, or even eating one apple today. Just do ONE action—today.

You can do it.

I believe in you,

P.S. If you’re serious about turning your life around and making meaningful, lasting change … make sure to MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS. Track your daily routine. What have you done today that moved you towards your better tomorrow? And, more importantly, What did you NOT do that moved you away? Get uncomfortable and track everything. No way around it.
